Limited Lifetime Limited Warranty – Any Ram Jack driven steel or helical pier, which Bluebird CFW installs at your property, will not experience downward movement for the lifetime of the structure. Additional terms apply.

No water on the floor where the waterproofing system is installed for the lifetime of the waterproofing system. Additional terms apply.

Contractor warrants that, for twenty-five years from its installation date, the Crawlspace Liner: 1) will be free from holes and tears; 2) when installed with a Crawlspace Drainage System, will be free from groundwater on top of the liner. Additional terms apply.

Primary AC-operated sump pumps and DC backup sump pumps are warranted by the Contractor to work for one year from the date of installation. Additional terms apply.

For cracks repaired with a Wall Patch, Contractor warrants that water will not penetrate the Wall Patch material applied to the crack for lifetime of the wall patch material where installed. If it does, Contractor will provide the labor and materials to fix the Wall Patch material at no additional charge to Customer. Additional terms apply.

For walls repaired with a Waler Wall Brace, Contractor warrants wall stabilization where the Braces are placed and that there will be no further wall bowing where the Braces are placed for twenty-five years from its installation date. Additional terms apply.

For walls repaired with Carbon Fiber Straps, Contractor warrants wall stabilization where the straps are placed and that there will be no further inward wall movement. Additional terms apply.

Bluebird CFW warranties that where a power post is installed, the post will not settle or corrode. If settling or corrosion of the power post occurs, Bluebird CFW will readjust it or if it is corroded, replace it free of charge for the lifetime of the power post. Additional terms apply.
